The room was lovely, arguably the best facilities I've seen for that price, and the staff were excellent. They didn’t speak English, but they were very patient and used a translation app effectively. On the day I left, I couldn’t access my payment app and couldn’t pay for my airport taxi. At 5 am, the two front‑desk staff went to great lengths to walk me through all my options and even tried to give me cash from their personal funds. Their efforts were massively appreciated and I hope they are both doing very well. The hotel’s location is subpar; if that matters to you, you should look elsewhere.
