Try points: it would be nice if the heating and cooling could be set individually per room; in the washbasin area, a notice about the hot‑water lever on the left (red side) would be helpful.

The location was fantastic, right next to a tram stop that connects directly from the main train station. There were so many small restaurants and eateries within a few blocks of the hotel to choose from! The room was comfortable and cozy, decently sized, very clean, and looked new. The staff were very polite and welcoming, and we used the in‑house laundry as well.
