“Disappointed ☹️”

First, the ladies working there were rude. One lady had her baby with her while assisting customers. I asked for two washcloths, but they only gave me one because the laundry wasn’t done. Mold in the bathroom. The toilet wouldn’t flush fully. When we went for breakfast, everything was gone by 7:30 am. If the staff knew there were many workers, they should have prepared more. Unfortunately we stayed two nights because my brother had passed away and I was there for his funeral. I drove all the way from Kansas. I have to say this was the worst experience for me, especially for the price.

The toilet was leaking, so I told the staff and they said they'd fix it, but it kept running. I went back to the front office and explained the same issue again, yet nothing changed. I asked for a different room, but no one offered one. When we returned after a break, the door was open—anyone could have entered, and we had valuables inside. The front desk said they'd inform the manager, but I’m not sure if that happened. While I was away, my son was in the room and the staff kept knocking, asking if we were leaving even though we had just checked in. I had already mentioned the toilet problem before checking out. I usually stay at this location on trips and have never had an issue like this before. The manager should have handled the situation, moved us to another room, and coordinated with maintenance and cleaning.

“Not impressed or comfortable.”

The location is good. The breakfast was taken before the allotted time, the key didn’t work and I had to return to the lobby for a replacement. The facility feels old and dated, and there was a dead roach in the restroom.

No breakfast was offered, and by 6:30 am the kitchen was completely out of food—no eggs, no bread for toast. There was no internet, so I couldn’t work from the room.
