The guesthouse was warm, five‑clean, and attentive to every detail in a peaceful village with a wonderful view of the mountains. The rooms were comfortable, with wooden floors and tasteful décor, ideal for reading and relaxing. A fireplace with a wood stove, thermometer, and thermostat, with a nice cover in front to protect the wooden floor. A fridge with a wooden handmade cover that matches the rest of the décor and a water bottle from the village spring. Shampoo—Papoutsanis skin essentials foam in individual packaging. A rich breakfast with a wide variety of homemade jams, eggs, pies, cakes, honey, pastries, bread, coffee, herbal tea from the area, dried fruits, fruits, most of which are their own production and all homemade and tasty. Everything shows the effort and personal work and care of the whole family, who love and promote their place. The host was friendly, pleasant, eager to share information about the area, helpful, with a restless and inventive spirit, interested in guests’ opinions to improve the services and the experience at the guesthouse. The shower could be a bit larger. Elderly people and those with health issues might find the village’s slopes a little difficult. The village, the area, and nature were very appealing to us, but anyone looking for more crowds/movement/entertainment/boat/ lake view probably won’t find it. We consider all of that insignificant compared to what the guesthouse offers and definitely want to stay for more days.
