The hotel was quiet even though it’s close to the airport, which I liked. Everything else was fine, no complaints.

The rooms were comfortable and the front desk staff were helpful. The only downside was the lack of a complimentary breakfast.

The location was great, the place was clean and the price was reasonable. The toilets, however, made a loud, startling noise when flushed, and the same noise from other rooms woke us up each time.

The property was spotless inside and out, and the rooms and bathrooms were well maintained and organized. There was plenty of parking, and the cleaning crew was very friendly. One front‑desk staff member seemed a bit standoffish, probably because it was late when I checked in and he was tired.

“Good price, great location, not worth the headaches.”

The free airport shuttle and proximity to SFO were convenient, and my room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the staff seemed poorly trained or unsupported: the front desk didn’t email my receipt as promised, there were billing issues with refunding my deposit to my credit card, the kitchen staff was overloaded and it took 45 minutes to receive a bagel, and the front desk was discourteous during calls.
