For the price it was okay, but I won’t come again. We had several issues: only one small coffee machine for our conference of 25 people, it broke down every five minutes, constantly frustrating. They also squeezed two conferences onto our floor, which I thought was poorly managed. The location was terrible—middle of nowhere, nothing pleasant to walk to. The Wi‑Fi in my room on the seventh floor was very poor and often didn’t work at all. My room faced the street beside the building and was quite noisy because of traffic. The noise outside the hotel was overwhelming. I slept with earplugs every night, which made it more bearable. Overall, it was a mediocre experience, and everyone was glad to leave.

The hotel is right at the CBD, close to eating places and shopping areas, and it was also near the place I worked. The service is good and the staff were friendly. No complaints.

“My Summer default hotel”

It’s been 3 consecutive years staying in this hotel. I love how flexible they are with gofood (online take away) and all the staff that are super helpful and friendly. Their veranda is the icon, too bad it’s also a smoking area. Otherwise I’d love to spend more time there. Pro tip: ask for a room with pool view, it’s less noisy. People smoking at the Veranda, guests who leave their trash outside the door

The room was clean and comfy, hospitality excellent, and the location close to Gandaria, Mayestic, etc.; my family and I really enjoyed our stay. Traffic can get congested, especially on weekdays, so consider riding Gojek, a tuk‑tuk, or walking if you’re nearby.
