From the outside it seemed like a great spot with a well‑maintained apartment park, nice views, and spacious rooms, but it turned out to be disappointing. The bathroom looked worn and dirty (see photos). No staff member spoke even a single word of English, and I had questions about the booking that were ignored in both English and Spanish—no email, no phone, no WhatsApp response. After checking in I handed them 315 USD in cash, asked for a receipt, but no one could produce one and I never received it. The Wi‑Fi password given in the apartment was incorrect. Worse, a strange paper hung in the room outlining rules and financial penalties for non‑compliance (see picture), which felt unwelcoming. The staff really need to learn proper communication. They should explain, not dictate.

We had a very bad experience, mainly because of a serious security issue. During our stay, 400 € in cash disappeared from the room. There was no forced entry, so someone must have entered with a key. We notified the staff, but their response was inadequate. They offered no clear solutions and even implied that the theft was fabricated to avoid payment, despite the reservation being secured with a credit card, which seemed very unprofessional. We had to call the police and file a report, and they also told us the hotel cameras were not working. Additionally, we ran into payment problems: although the booking said cards were accepted, they tried to make us pay cash under undisclosed conditions. We eventually had to insist a lot to pay by card without extra fees. The hot water barely worked. Overall, the place might look nice, but the management and security left a lot to be desired. I would not recommend it.

The property is very beautiful and the breakfast offers a sea view. The only downside is that a 50 % pre‑payment is required.

Xiomera’s service is incredible—she really is the heart of the place. The breakfast was good, with fresh fruit, coffee, natural fruit juice, bread, eggs, ham, and cheese.
