“Mala experiencia, instalaciones y baño roto”

The staff were very attentive, but nothing else. The entrance was through a bar, the room had a broken bathroom, a broken shower, a broken toilet lid, and there were cockroaches. The street leading to the hotel is full of noisy bars and everyone smokes, so the smell seeps in through the windows. I do not recommend it.

The Irish bar downstairs and the nice narrow streets around with many eateries were a highlight. The room, especially the shower, was disappointing—water didn’t drain, so it was always a foot‑deep bath. It was a pricey room for relatively little comfort.

The location was excellent, just a 1‑minute walk to the tram. The staff helped with our luggage and offered a 15% discount at nearby restaurants for everything. Thank you, I felt at home and recommend it to everyone.

“Accettabile ma non troppo”

La posizione era vicino ai mezzi pubblica e strategica. Per il prezzo pagato, nel complesso il soggiorno poteva anche essere accettabile, ma la pulizia è stata decisamente insufficiente. La stanza non era pulita bene, abbiamo trovato insetti e anche alcune tracce di muffa. Inoltre, le foto pubblicate su Booking non rispecchiavano del tutto la realtà della struttura e l’ingresso si trova sotto un pub, cosa che dalle immagini non risultava molto chiara. Il problema principale è stato comunque la scarsa pulizia della camera. Per il prezzo pagato, se la stanza fosse stata più pulita, il rapporto qualità-prezzo sarebbe stato anche accettabile. Aggiungo inoltre un episodio avvenuto dopo aver lasciato la recensione: sono stata contattata privatamente su WhatsApp da un numero diverso da quello indicato per l’hotel su Booking. Durante la conversazione mi è stato proposto un rimborso e mi è stato chiesto di scrivere sulla chat di Booking che avrei cancellato la recensione in cambio del rimborso. Quando ho chiarito che non avrei cancellato la recensione perché rifletteva la mia reale esperienza, mi è stato detto che il rimborso non sarebbe stato possibile. Riporto questo episodio semplicemente perché fa parte della mia esperienza complessiva con la struttura
