The location was fine. I was double‑charged for my stay. I paid for the hotel night at the front desk, and days later, after leaving the hotel, I received another charge for the same amount. On top of that, the bill they generated was for a much higher amount than what was listed on Booking and than what I paid.

The location and the layout of the single rooms were very cozy and practical, and the staff were very friendly. No cleaning was done in the room during my stay; I stayed 4 nights and 5 days, with no cleaning, no towel or sheet changes, and far less overall housekeeping, plus they didn’t refill the private bathroom paper. Breakfast was the same every day for all 5 days.

We arrived a few minutes early and asked if we could check in a little sooner; they demanded an extra $150.000 COP, treating it like an extra night even though it was just a few minutes for a work trip. They also tried to charge our card multiple times after the payment was already made, and if my card wasn’t blocked they debited the reservation three more times. In the early morning, drunk people came by and made a lot of noise if they got into a scuffle.
