Almost all staff are very friendly, and the cleanliness and food are excellent. The music in the lobby and dining room is very pleasant. The music in the spa was completely off‑target, the pool water was too cold, there were too many meat dishes and too few vegetarian options at breakfast, and smoking on the balcony should be banned so everyone can ventilate the room.

The hotel kitchen is the best we have ever visited, the staff is very friendly, the rooms are consistently spacious and beautiful, and the spa is generous with a heated outdoor pool. The indoor pool could have been a few degrees warmer, and we had to look quite far for a green area for our dog (the hotel can’t be blamed for that).

The location is excellent, but the host was uninspired and didn't add any personal touch or greeting. The pool area was not “first class”; the furniture looked dirty with bird droppings on the tables and the lounge mats were wet. The carpet in the elevator smelled extremely unpleasant—time to replace it!

The wellness facilities were great, and both the daily breakfast and the five‑course dinner were generous and tasty.
