The location is beautiful, and the owner is very helpful and welcoming. The only issue was the lack of soap in the bathroom.

“Would not recommend despite the nice room”

The open room was great, the bathroom was nice, and there was a private parking spot. Communication was awful: I arrived at ten o’clock in the evening at the gate and no one was there. The bell didn’t work, messages on the platform weren’t checked, and I couldn’t call because I don’t speak Italian. I sent a text as requested on the phone but got no reply. I had to call again to learn someone was coming to the hotel. I had already waited for half an hour and then had to wait another half hour before someone arrived—45 minutes in total. Breakfast starts at eight, and when I asked if 7–7:30 was possible, they said they had to sleep. There was also a loud party nearby, which was bad timing and added to the frustration.

The location is wonderful, right in the green countryside. The breakfast is great with a view of the hills, and the pool offers a panoramic view of the hills too!

The strategic location, top‑class pool, internal parking, friendly and helpful owner, and the adorable dog Lulù were all fantastic. The air conditioning needs improvement, but we should note that we experienced the hottest days at 39 °C.
