From start to finish the hotel was a genuinely pleasant experience; the rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff were warm, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious, featuring a great variety of fresh, flavorful dishes, and every detail reflected quality and care.

This is a total cheating , when we went to the hotel reception they clearly told me that they do not have any tieup with and they cannot give us any room. They told us that there was no booking on the selected date in my name. This is very much pathetic coordination of . Normally I book hotel for my business and personal travel but I will not continue the same. Even when I show them the reservation confirmation details they ask me will I paid any advance and that also very rudely. I tried to connect with customer service but cannot able to connect. The listing was fraudulent; upon arrival the staff said they had no record of my booking, and we couldn’t rely on the booking platform for any assistance.

I had a completely negative experience; the hotel was listed by a third party and the address shown was incorrect. I reached out several times, but the address kept being wrong and the hotel’s actual phone number was provided, yet they denied having any rooms.
