“Clean n nice resort in the area but a better trained hotel management staff are needed...”
I appreciated the construction materials—marble and good wooden decorations—but the staff seemed polite yet not fully trained to handle guest requests, and the pool was great, though we missed swimming because it closed at 7 pm. I was taken aback when the front desk told me the two‑night stay had to be paid in cash; lacking enough cash, I cut my stay to one night, which the staff kindly accepted. The three‑bedroom room was spacious but ill‑equipped for three adults: a tiny wardrobe with no chair or table, no bench or luggage rack, and very thin curtains that let in a lot of morning light. The bathroom’s washbasin was cramped, making it hard to wash hands comfortably, and we had to request extra shampoo because the initial supply was insufficient for three guests. Wi‑Fi was frustrating: the connection/password reset whenever we left the room, and only certain staff could re‑enter the password, making reconnection difficult. Our room faced the main entrance, where trucks occasionally arrived to unload supplies, and the noise woke us up several times during the night. Overall, the staff were courteous and accommodating, which I appreciated, but several practical aspects of the room and hotel facilities could be improved to make the stay more comfortable for three adults sharing a room.
