“Amazing stay”
The staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for us! We had a problem with the fridge/bar in our room, but it was fixed right away. Special shout‑outs to Suman and Rahul for their exceptional hospitality, care, and attention, which made our stay even better. I had stayed at the Ramada earlier this year, but it really doesn’t compare to the level of personal care we got at the Best Western. The location is ideal, with easy access to all local amenities, making it a perfect place to stay. We loved it so much that we’re already planning to book again in six months’ time! The diary isn’t open for bookings that far ahead yet, but we’ll definitely return. Thanks to the whole team, especially Suman and Rahul, for making our stay unforgettable. Excellent service from start to finish! The only gripe was that I didn’t get a window.
