The location was perfect and the place was comfortable. It was quite noisy; the stairwell made a lot of noise, and the staircase was extremely narrow.

The place was clean and well‑located. They didn’t warn about the stairs, which is impossible to climb, impossible to carry luggage, and a senior or child can’t manage it; it’s crazy that it wasn’t mentioned. I tried to contact the host through the platform, but no one answered.

The third‑floor apartment was small but sufficient, and the well‑furnished kitchen on the second floor was separate. The staircase was thrilling, making it one of the most memorable spots we’ve ever visited. There was no sign or street number indicating that this was the apartment we booked; through the window it looked like an abandoned shop. No one was there to show us how to enter or where the key was. We found the key in an empty drawer in a cupboard, but a cleaner let us into the lobby on the street level and explained the entry code. The “historic” spiral staircase was the steepest and narrowest I’ve ever seen; some might find it exciting, most would call it scary or even impossible to climb. Experienced mountaineers probably wouldn’t have a problem. We left our suitcases on the ground floor because they were impossible to carry up.

“Awesome location and comfy place”

The hotel sits right in Brussels’ historic centre, making walking around a breeze. It was spotless, charming, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We had a great trip!
