“舒適的住宿體驗”
Having a washing machine and a simple kitchen was handy, and they replenished mineral water and fresh towels every day, but there was no elevator, which was reflected in the price.

Everything – the size, the location, the cleanliness – was perfect. I can’t think of anything better. I’ll stay again and I encourage others to book here too!

The location was incredibly convenient – after dropping off our luggage on the first day we could walk straight to shops and restaurants without needing any transport, saving us a lot of time. What really impressed us was the staff’s enthusiastic help: before our self‑drive trip to Kumamoto and Aso they set up the car navigation for us and warned us about post‑earthquake road restrictions, which gave us great peace of mind as first‑time drivers in Kyushu. The room was comfortable, spotless and well‑suited for a family, and although it’s a self‑service property the check‑in instructions were clear and a concierge counter was available when needed, making the whole stay feel very relaxed. We left feeling not only comfortable but also genuinely cared for by the hotel, and we would definitely book again in Fukuoka and recommend it to friends, especially those planning a Kyushu road trip. Thanks to the staff for making the rest of our journey safe and enjoyable.

It was great having the subway station, Nakasu River and a Don Quijote convenience store all within walking distance, and the quiet, secluded atmosphere really appealed to us. The room and overall cleanliness were fine, but we were uneasy when we found a half‑empty bottle of welcome sake left in our room, just as a previous review had warned that someone might have abandoned it, making us doubt whether housekeeping was actually being done.

The apartment sits next to an excellent bakery and is a short walk from the centre. On the other hand, the unit is tiny – it was listed for five people but we could barely fit three even with an extra futon, there are no blinds or blackout curtains, and the photos are misleading because other apartments appear larger. The shower’s hot water is erratic and the fridge is really a minibar that can’t accommodate a big bottle. We spent most of our time outside, so don’t expect to eat meals here.
