The location was good, but the room was very old and the bathroom still had hair from the previous guest, and the towels were used.

The breakfast was very plentiful, and the rooms were clean with staff who were very friendly. However, the pillows were far too small; you can request an extra pillow if you need one. The bar staff could have been a bit more “on the ball,” though they were always helpful and friendly.

The parking area was poorly signposted, outdoors, and too expensive in my opinion. To reach the room I had to walk down a long corridor, and the elevator only worked after the receptionist had to use his key because the room key didn’t work.

Die Lange des Hotels war sehr gut und auch das Interieur hat uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Beim Frühstück war es leider sehr laut und unruhig. Auf dem Boden lagen teilweise Servietten und Essen, während die Kinder im Frühstücksbereich Fangen gespielt haben. Das hat die Atmosphäre leider deutlich beeinträchtigt. Hier hätten wir uns mehr Ruhe, Ordnung und eine bessere Betreuung im Frühstücksraum gewünscht
