The hotel was clean and comfortable and in a great location. The owner was very nice and helpful, moving us to a lower floor when he realised I had mobility issues. I would definitely stay there again. It would have been perfect if breakfast were available.

The location was perfect, close to the metro, trains and buses, restaurants, and the beautiful Hide Park.

The Wi‑Fi was good. The shower had no light, a filthy shower tray, a dirty toilet, a smell in the loo, and dirty walls.

The location and the ability to drop off luggage before check‑in or after check‑out were great. The room was small, the cleanliness left a bit to be desired, but overall it was okay.
