The location was ideal and the staff were very friendly and kind, though some light bulbs were faulty and I didn’t report it.

Breakfast and the location were good, but our room faced the crossroads and was occasionally noisy; the room and bathroom felt a little stuffy at times.

“très déçue”

la localisation pas trop loin du lieu de réunion et du métro. Mauvaise odeur dans la chambre; vue donnant uniquement sur un mur très sale et un conduit d'évacuation à moins d'1 m de la fenêtre (impression d'être en cave); air conditionné cassé et rafistolé avec des collants, goutant toutes les 5 secondes et faisant une flaque d'eau devant la porte (sans doute depuis longtemps : la porte était boursouflée sur 30 cm ainsi que la plinthe partiellement enlevée et aussi boursoufflée sur plus d'1 m). En rentrant avant la 2è nuit, le service de chambre avait laissé la clé à l'extérieur de ma porte qui était juste devant l'escalier : n'importe qui aurait pu rentrer.La chambre ne correspondait à aucune photo du site (toutes plus lumineuses). Le minibar annoncé était absent

The staff were polite and the air conditioner worked; a grocery store was nearby, but the floor hadn’t been cleaned properly and there were no guest slippers in the room, which felt unhygienic.
