Without a doubt the best hotel I’ve stayed in on my vacation, out of 13 hotels in total. From the moment I entered I realized they had prepared my arrival in advance; knowing I was Spanish, they gave me all the information in my language and gave me a gift for the national holidays. They left some local sweets in the room as a welcome. The person in charge of my floor, Leila, behaved in an amazing way at all times. During breakfast she came over to see if I needed anything else, all with a Spanish translator. I really felt very cared for and valued as a guest. The room was super spacious, modern, and clean, with a bathtub and a shower. If I ever return to Chengdu, I will definitely choose this same hotel because they are truly amazing. Thank you very much to the reception staff and especially to Leila for treating me so well and making my stay so pleasant. A heartfelt hug. Nothing was below standard.

We’re traveller from Switzerland. Very friendly staff, specially Breakfast and Housekeeping! Breakfast is fantastic, excellent quality and big choice. Good parking for our MB Sprinter. We stayed 1 week in this hotel and enjoyed it very much! Thanks to the hotel staff.

The rooms were very comfortable and spacious, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We even received a welcome letter in our native language along with the same welcome gifts, which was a nice and exceptional touch.

The people at the front desk were genuinely warm, even handing us a little dessert, a local snack and jasmine tea with a handwritten note when we arrived. Breakfast was a highlight – lots of regional options to choose from. The only downside is that the hotel sits a bit out of the city centre, but the cheap taxis make up for it.
