The location's alright, but that's about it - everything else is a letdown. No hot water and the staff were really unfriendly, plus I felt like they were trying to scam me. Overall, not a great experience.

The service from the boss down to the staff was super friendly, which made our stay enjoyable.

Our suite was really big and clean, which was a plus. However, the place felt a bit run-down and could use some renovation and repairs. The breakfast was also pretty underwhelming.
