The spot is nice and we liked it as a place to unwind when we could. They don’t allow late check‑out, even calling you 20 minutes before the official time. They should have parking.

The staff were friendly and helped me get a taxi. The rooftop pool area is cozy and perfect for a break from activities and excursions. The view is beautiful, the space is spacious and welcoming. The hotel’s location is ideal: the bus station, mall, restaurants, main streets, supermarkets—all within walking distance. The street is calm and safe too. I did encounter cockroaches in my room, especially in the kitchen. I chose this hotel specifically for the kitchen, but ended up not using it or any kitchen amenities. They would even get inside my purse at night, despite me putting it up, inside bags, and anything they could get in, even though I had no food in the room. I told staff right away and they offered an almost empty insect spray, which didn’t help. Over the course of my stay I mentioned it to various staff members and no solution was offered other than spraying. On my last night, a different receptionist offered me another room (I was initially on the 1st floor) on the main floor, but it was worse, then another room on the 5th floor where there were no roaches. So it seems only the first two floors were infested. He was very nice and didn’t know about the issue (lack of communication) but was helpful; unfortunately it was too late. I’m still grateful for him; he did his very best.
