The room was beautiful on a lovely property. The stay was very comfortable and the breakfast fantastic. The owner was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I would definitely return and stay a bit longer next time.

The location was great—arriving by train let us walk to the Boathouse, Bosham Quay, and the bus stop outside, which we used to get to Chichester; no issues.
