“Cost cutting everywhere”

Location, No traffic, very peaceful area. Hotel felt like they did cost cutting wherever possible, Room wasn't worth more than 2k per night. The room was small and bed had bugs in it. The valet staff was cold and disinterested in doing their job, Looked like they were not paid enough. The restaurant served food with sand/gravel in the breads when confronted they gave 15% discount as if that would fix the poor quality of food. The toiletries were very cheap quality, Like who gives Anchor toothpaste ? Similarly TV had a cheap airtel box which didn't have many channels and quality was 240p, There was no option to play YouTube. The corridor just outside the room wasn't lit during day time to save electricity but the corridor was absolutely dark due to lack of natural light. Booking dot com had shown room to be having one king size bed and one single bed, But hotel denied any such room and instead just offered a regular mattress

The location worked for me, but the hotel was pricey and didn’t even offer complimentary breakfast as advertised; extra beds were charged for but never added, and tea cost a hundred rupees. They billed Rs 6000 per day and blamed the cost on an early booking, which I found unacceptable. Even with the high price, there was no dormitory.

“Nice warm staff to take every care”

The room was clean, the washroom and shower were good, and the food was decent.
