A spot that’s hard to beat, the apartment was spotless and fully stocked, plus the parking was a huge bonus. The host went out of his way to make everything perfect, so I’ll definitely remember this address. Walking to the train station and the Cinque Terre takes only 5 minutes. Nothing to complain about!

The stay was fantastic, I highly recommend it! The room was very clean, spacious and modernly furnished. The bed turned out to be extremely comfortable, ensuring a great rest. The location is ideal – close to the station and the city centre, yet the area remains quiet and peaceful. A huge plus is the attentive and helpful staff who took care of every detail. I’ll definitely want to return next time!

There’s no breakfast, but you can make one because the property provides a coffee machine and a fridge in the room. I appreciated the manager’s availability, seriousness and attention to the guests’ needs. Thanks for hosting us. A slight delay in the manager’s WhatsApp replies, though.

Quiet, close to the station, and impeccably clean – the room is perfect in every way. Service worthy of a grand hotel; Aldo handed us the keys personally and was available without fail and almost immediately. The thoughtful touches like water bottles, Italian wine, and gluten‑free treats (thanks for thinking of that) are rare in holiday rentals and much appreciated. We loved staying here and recommend it 100%.
