Excellent location, close to my venue and transport links. The window view could be better.

The staff were very kind and engaging. On the second morning, they shared a Tokyo banana breakfast with us after a trip from Kanagawa. They apologized for being in the same Kanto region, but their gesture made us happy! The hotel was close to the station, which was convenient. Nothing negative.

The hotel was close to the nearest station. There was no hair dryer or pajamas provided. My hair got tangled in the sheets. There was no welcome coffee, and I could clearly hear the noise from the adjacent room.

The location and the friendliness of the staff were great. Everything else was fine.

Close to the station and also near the ferry to Sakurajima, making it easy to get to Universal Studios.
