Nichts. Extrem unfreundliche Dame am Telefon, die mir 5 Minuten nach der Buchung um 19.40 mitgeteilt hat, dass der Checkin nur bis 20.00 geht und ich stornieren soll. War aber eine "nicht stornierte" Buchung. Dank Booking wurde der Betrag rückerstattet, aber die 2 unfreundlichen Telefonate hätte ich nicht gebraucht. So etwas habe ich in all den Jahren, in denen ich Booking nutze, noch nie erlebt und speziell in Österreich nicht. Ein wirklich unangenehmer Einzelfall. Wäre die Buchung wenigstens stornierbar gewesen, hätte ich mich nicht die ganze Nacht geärgert. Wie das Essen und die Zimmer sind, wenn man "korrekt" bucht, weiß ich allerdings nicht

The staff were friendly and the food at the restaurant was good.

I had a really nice stay in this apartment; the staff were kind, the room was clean, parking was free, and the beer was cold—very satisfied.
