Everything was first‑rate from the moment we walked in – the staff were attentive, the facilities spotless, and the little touches made the stay feel special. I didn’t run into any issues, so it was just smooth sailing the whole time.

The room was spotless and surprisingly comfortable, with a bed that felt like it was made for a good night’s sleep. Even the bathroom had that fresh‑hotel smell you love. Nothing else to complain about.

My room was clean and tidy, everything in its place, which made settling in easy. The housekeeping seemed to keep up without any fuss. Overall, a pleasant, no‑drama stay.

The spot is perfect if you need a base between Sarajevo and Srebrenica – just the right distance to both. We did notice some construction work because it’s low season, which was a bit noisy, but the place still felt comfortable and the staff were friendly. I’m sure once the high‑season rush comes, the hotel will really shine.

Having the restaurant and café right next to the rooms was super convenient; everything we needed was just a short walk away. The staff were warm and helpful, and the rooms themselves were both stylish and comfortable, with everything kept impeccably clean. It felt like a little home away from home.
