I stayed in a tidy room with a large terrace, and the location was great. We appreciated the online key for all entries. The wellness was excellent, but the sauna wasn’t working during our stay; it’s understandable that things can break, yet nobody tried to fix it or even communicate with us. The property has no reception and directs everyone to a WhatsApp app where you can message anytime, but no one ever responds. That’s a major minus: the customer service is lacking and you end up paying extra for a wellness that isn’t functional.

The location was nice and the breakfast offered a good selection. The mattress was a bit soft, and the room was missing chairs or armchairs.

The location and price‑value for the accommodation, including half‑board, were solid; the relaxed breakfast was fine because there are only 17 rooms; the wellness/pool area was pleasant. The downside was a 10 € extra per night for parking, which is now normal in the area; with half‑board, drinks had to be paid for in the evenings; and all service was only online or through the hotel’s bar, with no personal contact.

Everything was clean and quiet. The place felt impersonal and is probably not suitable for older guests.

The room was clean, very cozy and quiet inside. I also appreciated the prepared bathrobes and slippers. Parking was unpleasant—another car was parked in my reserved spot and the issue couldn’t be resolved. The main problem with this accommodation is the lack of a reception; all questions and issues must be handled by writing messages, which doesn’t work in practice, so I had to give up. I recommend having at least one reception staff on site instead of relying solely on “modern technology.”
