The old building has been beautifully restored with great taste, featuring lovely common areas and cozy rooms. The garden is perfect for breathing fresh air or letting kids run around, and the heated pool is a bonus. The welcome feels like the hospitality of top hotels, with a caring attention to detail. Breakfast is almost as generous as the hosts, with a set table that has everything we might need and a separate menu for hot dishes. I must point out that the orange juice is natural, which is a rarity these days. The house’s surroundings are pretty, and its location is versatile for those wanting to explore Minho or simply rest on the Camino de Santiago. I’ll be back!
