The service was terrible, no communication about the breakfast being included, then you had to pay almost 20,000 Colones for a breakfast for two. On top of that, the room was never cleaned and the towels never changed. Overall, the service was really bad.

The hotel's air conditioning system was a redeeming feature, but several other issues, including a high price, outdated furniture, and pest problems, detracted from the experience.

The restaurant was nice, but the ceilings were dirty and the location shown on the map was incorrect. The hotel sits about 4 km outside of LaFortuna, so a scooter or car is recommended since Uber doesn’t work well there.

Our stay at the hotel was marred by a few issues, but the restaurant on site was a highlight. The hotel's location, however, was not accurately represented on booking.com, and we had to rely on alternative transportation. The hotel's cleanliness was also a concern.
