The hotel was beautiful, the view was great, the premises were clean, and the staff were courteous. The issue was more personal than the facilities; the noise from other guests bothered me, and I wondered if my own noise might be annoying as well, so I couldn't relax. If I ever stay again, I’d choose a private room. The staff were absent from around 10 pm until 9 am the next day, so when I checked in late I didn’t understand how to use the shared areas and couldn’t have coffee in the morning – I wish I had asked more clearly.

The common areas were spotless, the overall quiet, the cozy and welcoming vibe, the morning view from the rooms, and the bed’s comfort all hit the mark, but the carpet tiles in the rooms had stains.
