“Good location, good cafe right at the Lobby”
Super convenient, Samseong Station Exit 1 is right next to the hotel; the pillows are a bit too soft for my taste.

The location was good, but the rooms were very small and we occasionally smelled something coming into the room; the staff tried to help but it took a few interventions to get rid of the odor.

The hotel was very close to the COEX exhibition centre, the staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean, and there was a cleaning schedule every day; nothing specific came to mind.

I love how close it is to everything, but there was no dental kit in the room.

The place was spotless, though the pillows could use an upgrade.
