Nothing to like there. The staff communication was terrible right from the reception, even worse than expected. They lied as well. I booked with full ID and brought my ID with my partner, but they still didn’t let us stay.

When I booked, the hotel promised a one‑time pick‑up from or drop‑to the airport, yet we used the train instead; the station was very near, so I asked for a drop service but the staff denied it immediately, which was unexpected for me traveling with family and caused transport difficulties; I was disappointed and expect a call from customer service with a proper explanation.

The hotel's proximity to the station was a huge plus for me, as I had an early 7am departure and was able to roll out of bed and catch my train with ease.
