The location is ideal for exploring Vientiane—within walking distance to restaurants, a night market, and coffee shops, and taxis are easy to catch. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the breakfast service was over the top with fantastic coffee. The room felt small and cramped, suitable only for a single guest, and the only coffee available in the room was a 3‑in‑1 mix.

The staff were welcoming, available, and courteous. The hotel’s location is very convenient, close to the city center and the Mekong. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, and the room had a balcony. The place was clean and comfortable, but storage was insufficient—there were no wardrobes or shelves.

The staff seemed nice, and the breakfast was good, but loud music from nearby restaurants and hotels played every night from 9 pm until early morning, making it hard to sleep.
