“meh”
The location is excellent: it’s in the heart of Bologna and allows you to walk to the main tourist spots, the beds are comfortable and overall clean. However, the experience had several negative aspects. The neighbourhood and especially the entrance of the accommodation gave a very bad first impression. During check‑in, the manager was unfriendly and rushed. Also, they took a photo of our ID documents on a food cutting board in a food shop on the next block, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. The worst was the bathroom. It had a strong rotten pipe smell throughout the stay, making it very unpleasant to use. It’s a shame, because the location is really good, but these problems affect the experience a lot.
