The staff and location were great, but the bathroom door was stiff to open and close. When we arrived, the room wasn’t very clean; the floor felt sticky. There was a kitchen, yet no glasses were provided. The shower handle couldn’t be hung because it was broken. In the bathroom, shower soap and shampoo came in a single sachet, and the quality was pretty bad.

The layout was fine and the beds were very good, but parking was problematic for loading and unloading. A nearby underground garage existed, yet there was no secure place to leave bicycles. The kitchen knife set was missing equipment, making it unusable.

The location is great if you want to be near the coach station and are willing to walk into the city centre. The beds were really nice and comfortable.

Clean and comfortable, but a bit far from the historic centre.

The residence’s location is excellent—though not in the very centre, it’s perfectly linked to all main city areas with nearby tram, bus, metro stops and an intermodal station to the airport. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had comfy beds. The bathroom was small but functional, equipped with towels and toilet paper. The young staff were very kind and helpful. The price was great for Bilbao. The kitchen in the apartment didn’t provide dishes, glasses, or pots; buying all those items made the kitchen practically unusable.
