The place had everything you need for a short stay and the common area was lovely, but the tobacco smell was a real issue—especially in the bathroom—and we even found cigarette butts in a tray on the balcony, which is a big turn‑off for non‑smokers, particularly with two small children around.

Modern, clean, comfortable. Isabel was brilliant as a host and a master chef!! She makes cakes and fruit tarts – what’s not to love!! Small details would make a difference. A kettle and cups in the room, for example. There’s a guest room with a TV and microwave if you want to heat something up but no plates, cutlery, waste bin and only a very low table that’s impractical to eat off (no food allowed in rooms) so from a practical point of view a bit pointless, but easily solved.

The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is excellent. Nothing beats a good breakfast after a day of work at Fatela Sónica to recharge your energy. Thank you very much.
