The place looked lovely, the breakfast was superb, the restaurant was good, the pool worked for kids and adults, and the staff were very attentive and friendly… all in all, nothing to complain about. We’d pick it again for a trip.

The hotel was gorgeous and the surroundings were beautiful. The restaurant and breakfast were excellent. It was a shame we only stayed one night to do the Ijen climb, so we couldn’t fully enjoy everything.

The structure is very pretty, surrounded by greenery. The staff are very kind, the restaurant has a buffet breakfast and is also good for lunch or dinner. The location is convenient for trips to Ijen and the port. At night the prayer noise isn’t heard, so we finally slept! Great choice, I’d come back. The only flaw in the rooms is the few power outlets and poor sound insulation.

This beach‑side resort in Banyuwangi boasts a sprawling tropical garden with tall coconut palms, lush lawns, and fruit trees. The huge infinity pool overlooks the sea, with direct access to the black‑sand beach and wooden pier, giving great ocean views across the strait. Rooms are clean, practical, simple but well maintained. The resort has spacious bungalow‑style villas spread through the garden. The on‑site restaurant offers tasty local and western dishes. Staff are friendly and helpful. At about 100 USD per night it offers great value. It’s a perfect base for exploring Ijen Crater and a good spot to relax before or after a volcano hike. Some buildings show slight signs of age, and the nearby beach has black volcanic sand, which isn’t great for swimming.
