The room size is reasonable for the price paid, but the hotel is quite far from the city centre and bus service is sparse during the early and late hours.

Nice little balcony, lake ❤️, forested areas 💚, buses to the center run fairly often, you can order a tasty scrambled eggs breakfast, towels are clean. The downside is there’s no kitchen annex, and the room lacks even a kettle to boil water.
