Nothing. The access was only via codes, so there was no way to check who was staying. Dogs were banned, yet other guests had a dog that barked repeatedly at night and in the morning. The extra bed in room 2 was unstable and about to break. My 24‑year‑old son had to share the double with me; if my wife had come, we wouldn’t have known what to do. The room had no blankets (apart from the sheet covers, whose cleanliness I’d rather not comment on), so we suffered the cold. On arrival we were greeted by an unbearable fishy smell mixed with detergent, and overall it felt like an abandoned house with guests who were just unlucky. That’s not how hospitality should work.
