The room wasn't cleaned properly, smelled like someone had just smoked even though it's a no‑smoking area, and there were flies in the bathroom.

I've been staying there for seven months, and the staff remember me by name, treating me like just another guest, which makes me feel good and keeps me coming back. However, in my last two visits the rooms weren't cleaned; I ended up making the bed myself, which was fine because they've usually taken care of it, but when I asked for a blanket the lady at the cleaning desk argued with me.

“A low budget hotel with selective hot water, not very comfortable and inviting to stay.”

I was on the lower level of the hotel. The double bed was misleading in that it should have been two instead of one. It was difficult for two mature seniors to sleep in one double bed. The noise after midnight was disturbing. The hotel had absolutely no amenities
