“Einmal und nie wieder”

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, but the décor feels worn out and clearly needs better care. The toilet flush was crooked and kept running, so we had to re‑hang it. The sink was clean, yet the edges and stains looked unappetizing. A slanted fan hung in the room and the door paint was completely flaked off. We’ve been traveling to Marssanay for 25 years, staying in about 70 % of the local hotels, and this one ranks as the worst on a scale of 1 to 10. It also looks shabby from the outside.

“For the price it was ok apart from the incoviences caused”

The coffee service was good, but the bedroom doors didn’t latch firmly and you could see a bit of the outside. On top of that, staff entered our room while we were sleeping; apparently they wanted to check if the lights were on because the power supply had gone out.
