The staff at check‑in and check‑out were great, but the hotel is overpriced, the old pillows hurt your neck, basic amenities like shampoo or body wash are missing in a so‑called “2‑star hotel,” and it’s full of bed bugs that leave you feeling disgusting; the walls and floors are unclean, and we now have to wash and clean everything while hoping nothing got into our bags.

The air conditioning is strong and the room is clean, matching a good European standard; the hotel is across from a hypermarket so it’s convenient to buy snacks, but it’s a shame there’s no double bed, all rooms are missing, and breakfast isn’t served.
