The house was well kept and the appliances were fairly new, but the parking listed in the ad is actually 100 m away and paid. It feels like the ad is implying there’s a supermarket in the house. Also, there’s no heating control, and sharing the house with others makes it a mess for everyone’s preferences. Finally, they say there are no kitchen utensils for safety; I’m not sure who stays here to hide knives and glasses, but they told me you could buy one and hide it in your room (to freak out). Basically, they give the impression that you shouldn’t use the common facilities and should just stay in your room.
