The staff were truly helpful, but the bed felt hard and the pillows on the bed were flat, so I had to buy my own. Getting hot water took forever, there was no water pressure, and I had to purchase wash rags. The light made a terrible noise when it was on.

The ice machine was covered in mold, the vending machine had nothing, breakfast was unavailable, and the shower had a big clump of hair in the drain – it all stank terribly.

It was disgusting and had bed bugs

The rural location off the interstate was nice and quiet, but there was no pool or hot tub in my room.
