The accommodation sits directly opposite the train station. Supermarkets are within walking distance. Communication with the operators was good at first. The rooms are very worn out. The walls need a fresh coat of paint and the curtains need washing; they do not block light. Our room was musty and the silicone in the shower was moldy, indicating a moisture problem. The heating and hot water did not work. According to other reviews, this problem has probably been around for a while. We booked a double room but received a single room based on its furnishings (only one nightstand, a water glass, etc.). Our room was on the first floor, where the downstairs bar’s operation could be heard.

The location is very close to the station and it’s fairly clean. There is no hot water. The toilet leaks and cannot be flushed. There is no fridge. The downstairs bar is open on weekends, and there is music and conversation in the evenings. The host can only be reached by a local phone number and is usually not available.

The size is great for smaller groups. Communication was difficult because we were out during the day and only had contact via a phone number 🙏

The owner was very friendly and didn’t take advantage of guests during the riding World Championship. Room allocation was straightforward. Cash or bank transfer were accepted. There was a large free parking lot. During a three‑night stay on two days, the heating failed, there was no hot water, and the issue was not resolved (see reviews on 3.8, 16.8, 25.8, and our stay on 19+21.8). In the single room, screws were missing on the door handle and the curtain’s end stop was broken (hung down). In the double room, the shower wall at the bottom was not in line, and the toilet flush either stuck or ran continuously. The owner was contacted again, but apparently there is no interest in another booking.
