I loved everything! The hotel sits just a 7‑minute walk from the central world, and I couldn’t find any complaints.

The room was spacious enough and the spot was ideal, right next to the Platinum Mall and several other shopping centers, but I was annoyed that breakfast wasn’t part of the booking and that a deposit was required before I could enter my room.

The location near the Airport Link was perfect for our needs, and the staff were very friendly—especially the guy at the front desk who quickly arranged a transport for us when ours didn’t arrive. Thanks again.

I loved the room’s location and the exceptional panoramic view, and the bedding was great except for my daughter’s extra bed. Breakfast was decent but not outstanding; there was no muesli and only a small selection of plain yogurt, and the room was quite noisy. It’s a pity they have a water feature but no pool.
