The reception was very pleasant and the location right in the center is a plus, but it would have been nice to have a kettle for a quick coffee or tea like in many other hotels, a basket was missing in the room (there was one in the bathroom), and there was no toaster at breakfast.

The reception was very friendly and the 24‑hour desk was convenient, yet the room, supposedly sound‑isolated, was noisy with TV and voices from other rooms; the door had a gap that let all hallway sounds in, and we were on the street side. We were woken by several trucks from 6:15 each morning for about an hour while they delivered goods for restaurants. The breakfast buffet was disappointing: eggs were pressed and reheated in a microwave. Staff were hard to identify, wearing training suits at breakfast and reception, and while gloves were a plus, the hair‑scratching and then touching food was off‑putting.
