“Disappointing experience”

Mehdi was the best on the team—professional, kind, and skilled at handling stressful situations, and he’s easy to talk to, a 10/10; Walid did his job well. However, some staff were absolutely disgraceful and showed zero respect, specifically Achraf and Khadija, who made my second day at Manzil la Tortue awful; they had no communication skills or professionalism, which is disappointing from the owner. The team told me the pool would be open all night for residents, but it was covered; after about 30 minutes of talking with Walid and Mehdi, they opened it for us the first night, but the second night Khadija and Achraf refused to open it.

We had another excellent stay—everything comes together for a great experience: welcome, service, smiles, a peaceful, rejuvenating atmosphere, everything clean and well maintained, a beautiful address, and I can’t wait to go back ☀️🐢

Everything from the setting, the management, the attentive staff, the gorgeous pool, to the nice rooms—what more could you ask for? We’ll be back, that’s for sure. Nothing to complain about, except maybe we should have stayed longer this time; we’ll make up for it next visit.
